Seafood Chowder From the kitchen of Dale DeiblerIngredients: 2 lb Fish Fillet, 1" Cubes 4 slices Bacon 1 cup Sweet Onions, Chopped 4 cups Water 2 cups Diced Potatoes 4 cups Milk, Whole 2 tsp Salt Dash Pepper
Procedure: Fry bacon until crisp. Add onions and cook until tender. Add water and potatoes, simmer for 10 minutes. Add fish cubes, simmer until potatoes and fish are tender. Add milk and seasonings. Heat thoroughly and it’s ready to eat!
