Deibler Outdoors Hunting Rules
1. Each Member may have two primary stands that may not be hunted without permission of owner. Member must have stands marked as such on stand and on map. Fines- 1st offense: $300, 2nd Offense: Membership Forfeited. 2. Unless you build it or buy it yourself, it is not your permanent stand. 3. All constructed stands and related activities must be completed prior to open of gun season. 4. Harvest Rules by Property: Johnson County- 4 pts one side, 12 inch inside spread Jefferson County- 4 pts both sides, 14 inch inside spread Pulaski County- Guide Only Fines- $300 if you confess, $1000 if concealed 5. All deer harvested must be logged and photographed prior to leaving the property using Polaroid camera provided. Fines- 1st offense or if concealed: $300, membership forfeited for subsequent offenses. 6. Children under 18: If never harvested a buck, follow state regulations. Once a buck is harvested, club rules apply. 7. Turkey regulations: NO Jakes. Minimum 6 inch beard. Children under 18: if never harvested a turkey, follow state regulations. Once a turkey has been harvested, club rules apply. Fines- 1st offense: $300, 2nd Offense: Membership Forfeited. 8. Work Weekends- 3 weekends annually. Members must attend a mandatory 2 work weekends. Fines- $300 for unfulfilled mandatory 2 work weekends, weekends can be fulfilled at another time arranged with a staff member, if scheduled work weekend is missed. 9. Hunting Calendar Year: July 1st to June 30th. Previous year budget provided on June 30th, projected budget provided on July 1st. 10. NO guests on opening weekend (Saturday/Sunday) · Deer/Rifle · Deer/Muzzle · Duck · Turkey 11. Guests: $150 per person, per day (excludes immediate family). 12. No “joyride” driving during hunting season. 13. All members are to assist with supplemental feed maintenance and distribution to feeders. 14. Every member will receive a property map with paid-in-full membership. If lost, replacement cost is $100. 15. Deposits are due 3 months prior to membership expiration: $500 deposit, $500 balance at expiration. 16. Accommodations: house holds 20, this will accommodate original members. New members have full use of the house; however, you will have to provide sleeping accommodations. If house is not full with original members, new members will have use of the bunks. 17. If you tote it in, tote it out. Members are also responsible for disposing of their trash properly. 18. Abide by all state hunting/fishing regulations in addition to club rules, which may be stricter. 19. Any fines collected will be used for property and club improvement. 20. Violation of any club rule may result in expulsion and membership forfeiture.
