Fish the remote trout fishing waters of the North Georgia Mountains. Stay in a comfortable cabin with water and electricity while you fish for native rainbow and brown trout in the rugged Cohutta Wilderness Area. 100,000 acres of no motorized vehicles. Be prepared to hike in and hike out. Must be in reasonable physical shape and pack light for hiking. Trout are all native, no stocking occurs in these streams. Fishing is good because it's remoteness means very little fishing pressure. Trout to 25 inches can be caught; however, this trip is just as much about the scenery and hiking. Light tackle and flyrods are used with 4 to 6 lb test line. Cost is $100.00/person/day including cabin lodging. Another no wimps trip.

All trip prices on this website are current estimates of costs and are subject to change without prior notifications due to changes in market conditions.
